Can I mix designs on a sheet?
No, mixing designs on a single sheet is not allowed.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is one A3 sheet. The total number of pieces you receive will depend on how many fit on an A3 sheet based on your design’s size.
What is Die Cut?
Die Cut refers to custom shapes such as circles, hearts, and triangles. Only squares and rectangles are considered non-Die Cut.
I require white ink.
For white ink, please request a custom quote.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts are available for orders of more than 10 A3 sheets. Please request a custom quote for more information.
Design
What file formats do you accept?
We accept the following file formats: PDF, JPG, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
How can I ensure that the printouts will be clear?
Please ensure your file resolution is 300 DPI and the design is at the exact size you wish to print.
What is 300 DPI?
To check if your file is 300 DPI:
- Windows: Right-click on the file name, select Properties, then go to the Details tab.
- Mac: Open the image in Preview, then select Tools > Adjust Size. The resolution is labeled there.
Do I need to include a bleed/safety area when preparing my designs?
No, a bleed/safety area is not required.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 100% upfront.
Do you accept e-invoices?
Yes, we do. Please send an email from your official email address to request an e-invoice.
Can you offer credit terms on a monthly basis?
We do not offer credit terms to new customers. However, credit terms can be offered to customers who have been printing with us regularly for at least 3 months, maintain a consistent monthly printing volume, and have a proven track record of paying monthly invoices on time.
Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above $120. For orders below $120, a delivery fee of $15 applies.
When are your delivery days?
Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
What time should I expect the deliveries?
Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers and will be made within working hours before 7 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
When will I receive my orders?
- Self Collection: Your order will be ready within 5 working days, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery: Your order will be delivered on the next delivery day after the order is completed.
